The latest, wireless Bristle Blaster® tool includes a new safety switch and a new, better anti-vibration handle, a robust case ensures a long life of the device. The adjustable accelerator allows you to work in hard-to-reach areas, and 2200 rpm provides excellent performance for working with a single belt/brush. Cordless Alliance System system batteries and chargers from various other manufacturers can be used alternately. We recommend using 18V/8,0Ah battery, which should be enough to process 0.5m2, on a fully charged battery.

The Bristle Blaster® technology is a patented MONTI product that quickly and accurately removes corrosion and all kinds of coatings. This patented technology is used in many industries, especially where conventional sanding methods are impossible or unprofitable.

The device combines the flexibility and short time of armouring of the hand tool with the results achieved in a different way when sanding: a level of surface preparation comparable to Sa 2 1⁄2 (ISO-8501) and a roughness of up to 120 μm Rz. This makes it an ideal technology for preparing surfaces for point repairs, repair work and welding preparation.
