HSS-PP is a three-layer system of thermo-contractive straps designed with the particular need to protect against corrosion of pipeline connections at high working temperatures. Once installed, the system successfully connects with the 3LPP type factory coatings. Especially used for fast installation in conditions of higher stresses caused by elevated temperatures.

Cheray Polymer type HSS-PP system:

substrate FBE or CP-3 – 100% solvent-free 2-component epoxy substrate (requires hardening before mounting the ribbon)
copolymer adhesive with high cutting strength
polypropylene heat shrinkable sleeve

In accordance with the following standards:

DIN EN 12068 – C 50
ISO 21809-3, Type 14D
