Cu/CuSO4 fixed reference electrode
The Permacell 1100 reference electrode, thanks to a specially made terracotta body, provides good porosity, which guarantees moisture absorption from the soil, while keeping the saturated copper sulfate solution inside the electrodes.
Copper spiral wire with 500 cm2 of exposed surface inside saturated electrolyte ensures a constant read even in difficult use.
When using the electrode in very dry or resistant soils, we suggest placing the reference electrodo inside the gypsum-bentonite layer
