REINFORCEKiT® 4D (R4D) is a wet application system, helicoidally wrapped around the tube to give mechanical strength to the damaged section of the tube. The number of layers determined by the calculations is associated not only with the pressure of the pipe, temperature, diameter and thickness, but also with the depth and length of the damage, the type of steel and the position of the tube. Repair design and material requirements are provided by 3X REA software after information is collected in accordance with ASME B31G, CSA Z662, ISO 24.817 and ASME PCC-2 standards and standards.

REINFORCEKiT® 4D is recommended for repair and reinforcement of pipelines operating at temperatures from -50°C to +150°C exposed to external/internal corrosion, stainlessness (special repair procedure on active pipeline), injection and mechanical damage. The system restores the integrity of the pipe and prevents further destruction. This composite sleeve is made of 400 g/m2 Kevlar® tape and highly reinforced ceramic epoxy resin.
