SFPC® SOLIDE GRPU (Glass Reinforced Polyurethane) is designed by AGCOR to protect welded joints from corrosion and mechanical protection. The system has been designed with two of the most efficient materials known in non-excavation methods such as HDD, Direct Pipe, splashes and microtuneling.

Our materials have been tested in the most difficult conditions and projects, with all the excesses in which our system was used satisfied 100% the criteria of pipeline resistance (possible damage) and did not disappoint our customers.

Features and advantages of the system:

• Basic anti-corrosion protection based on polyurethane coating calculated to the thickness of the factory coating 3LPE or 3LPP (SFPC SOLIDE® HT-EN). Provides resistance to cutting forces caused by soil and temperature changes
• Additional mechanical protection by glass-resin composite
• The lack of isolation thickening at the site of the welding connection minimizes the risk of damage in case of too small drilling hole
• Provides a very good connection with the leading manufacturers of factory-made laminated pipes
• Ability to perform in special conditions even at temperatures up to -5⁰C
