Sulzer Mixpac has developed new application systems that provide users with a fast, simple and clean method of applying two-component materials with minimal waste. The use of the MixCoat™ system ensures that the materials are mixed in the recommended proportions in a consistent, reliable process, resulting in high quality coating.

The Sulzer MixCoat™ DPS 1500-1 system introduced a new professional standard for coating applications, small areas can be easily and effectively repaired. Many of these applications can be found in marine, pipeline, bridge, tank, wind, rail and limited space applications.

MixCoat™ Spray and Flex combine proven 2-K MIXPAC™ insert technology with the new mixer mixer.

The main advantages of the application:

Cost savings – higher material costs incurred when filling cartridges are substantially offset by lower labour costs, resulting in much shorter working time required for mixing and coating
Automatic mixing – this provides much more precise mixing proportions that can be reproduced every time
