polyurethane spray coating according to ISO 21809-3
Two component polyurrethane coating type 870 HT and version of the type 875 HT cartridges are a non-solvent, non-toxic polyurethane coating, applied with a double hot-airless spray, suitable for products with a short reaction time.
The product has been designed for increased mechanical and temperature stresses, as confirmed by independent tests in accordance with ISO 21809-3. The operating temperature of the product ranges from -30°C to +80°C. Thanks to the revised formula, it also provides the customer with much faster bonding and nominal strength up to 2 times faster than the 870 EN version.
Its chemical neutrality and high resistance to cathode rupture make it a corrosion protection coating well suited for the external protection of buried or sunken metal structures, meeting the requirements of EN 10290 and ISO 21809-3.
Type 870 HT is suitable for repainting adjacent coatings, such as hydrocarbon, epoxy, polyurethane and polyolefin materials, provided that the surface is properly prepared to protect the peripheral bonds. Its rapid polymerization makes it the ideal product for both factory and field applications.
Version cartridge 1125ml is available under the reference name type 875 HT.
